Sequential Zero is a game theory term for a set of movements that destroys both sides. Living in Australia and the US, or project team members are well aware of the zero sum game going on around the world right now. The project's sounds are tinged with shadow, beneath complex and sometimes lush electronic layers, there lurks discordant and chilling bass tones. The lyrics segue from despair over the state of the modern world, the complexities of modern life, to arcane enactments and spells from the old world.
