Fullarenes" are produced by the action of an arc discharge between carbon electrodes in an inert atmosphere. Pretty much describing the effect of the band Fullarenes on Sydney's preposterous post pandemic musical environment.

Using Mick Daley's songs as a battering ram, Fullarenes are poised to blow away all carbon electrodes at Moshpit on January 24. Check out the arc discharge as soloist Rob McCrone opens the bill, the Tom Hespe Band exert on the inert and Fullarenes complete the circuit.

Fullarenes are Mick Daley (The Re-Mains, Corporate Raiders and Wayshegoes) yelling at inert clouds, Michaela Davies on bass and Reuben Alexander on drums. Mick Daley has hauled his outrageous musical/political tirades across most of the planet for the past thirty years. Michaela and Reubs provide the grooves for half of Sydney's finest musical outfits. Together as Fullarenes, they will make short work of any remaining carbon electrodes in Newtown.

Sydneysider Tom Hespe has been traipsing" his boots through" the murky swamps of inner city rock n roll and" along the dusty trails of country music for well" over twenty years." He is a multi-instrumentalist (vocals, saxophone, guitar, bass), singer songwriter and promoter. Tom has played with many bands on many stages and clocked up a lot of miles and stories-sublime and" ridiculous-along the way."  His current co-conspirators Tom Jones (bass) and Reuben Alexander and Willem Van Ekert (drums) are helping" create a sound that flits from rock n roll" rumblings through the blues and jazz " to" deftly crafted country songs.
