Headliner Avery Harden, a regular visitor to Australia for the last decade, is back again with his positive, reflective brand of hip hop. Bringing his homie, Kwestion, back to Australia again, Exhibit Events is proud to bring him to MoshPit Bar for one night only.
Avery Harden: Las Vegas raised artist Avery Harden is a gem for the hip hop community. With his positive outlook on life he strives to bring peace and love to everyone who listens, through his music and his way of life! Avery is a humble soul that truly wants the best for humanity and loves sharing it through his art. The American Hip Hip artist has accomplished many things throughout his journey some being opening shows for major artists such as; Tech N9ne, Lupe Fiasco, Wale, Hopsin , & many more. Avery has toured all over North America also touring Australia 3 times. With no assistance from any label, management team or Tour agency he’s been able to book his own shows for the past decade. He is the epitome of the independent artist.
Kwestion: Kwestion, an independent artist, musician, born Michael Sykes from Little Rock Arkansas. Raised by both parents, Kwestion fell in love with music at an young age due to his father that was also a musician. Michael Sr., Kwestion’s father was drummer and played in numerous bands throughout Kwestion’s Child hood. Going to church taught him how to play the piano while also learning how to sequence production from mentor Chris Davis. As Kwestion became older he grew more into writing and lyricism and moved to New York City. Worked with a few other producers that worked with Dab Boy Records, Yung Lord, V.I.C.E. productions. Also worked with Carteaire Custom and Block Royal Records out of Jersey city. Kwestion now makes moves in Los Angeles California along with , Stitch Jones (Engineer, Producer, Dj, Musician), Influence (Vocalist, Songwriter) also The Got Damn Band (Kidd, Mike Woo, Jom K,) Taking LA by Storm. With records from “Greater Than Great Series” working on finding the right team of people to see the vision.
INEOUT: Indigenous Australian rapper 1neout born in Liverpool south-west Sydney, now residing on the Central Coast has been bubbling to the surface, exploring countless different strains and subsets of hip-hop, and what we now have is a music scene with variety like no other. This young Yorta Yorta man is known for his assured presence, sharp-witted lyricism, and his ability to execute multiple flows, 1neout has all of the necessary ingredients to make himself a staple in the Australian circuit/scene.
Scarecrow: Sydney raised/Canberra based emcee Scarecrow returned to musical form in 2022 after a few years hiatus. Linking up with Sydney based label Rah Records and producer Newborn Noise he released ‘Time Flies’, an EP that heralded a new chapter while showing the versatility of both emcee and producer. In 2023 Scarecrow has been hard at work as a soloist, collaborator and crew member with Beat Theory and VSP. With a sharp mind, vivid imagery and larger-than-life presence, Scarecrow brings a unique and engaging energy to the stage as well as a few special guests from his extensive list of collaborators.
ChillCheney: ChillCheney has always been inspired by music from early on in his childhood. It was from the age of 14, that he found an outlet for his expression. Upon listening to 2pac’s song “Changesâ€, his passion for rap was born. With a relaxed, emotional and dark vibe, ChillCheney is influenced by a number of different styles and artists such as Eminem, NF, Gnash, 6lack, Phora, Billie Eilish and Lil Wayne. ChillCheney has performed at numerous events in Sydney, such as; COOEE festival (1000+ people), Rock the block (1000+ people), hosted his own gig at Metro Theatre in Sydney (200+ people) and numerous University end of year events. ChillCheney also recently performed at the Melbourne Pavillion in December for Nitrous Battles, also supported Drapht for his Australian tour in Sydney and recently supported Tech N9ne for his International tour in Sydney Recently, ChillCheney has hosted his first headline show at Lazy Bones, Marrickville supporting up and coming Hip Hop artists in Sydney. In addition, he’s done a number of songwriting camps including Song Hubs at the Towers at Commbank stadium and a number of Abbey Road writing camps at studios 301. Furthermore, his music has been featured on FBI radio, Koori radio programs, AIR, 2SER and 2RRR
Skoobz: Skoobz is known for bringing that Boom-Bap sound reminiscent of the Hip Hop that we all grew up listening to. By staying true to the fundamentals of beats and lyrics. Skoobz had been prominent in creating a vibrant and strong underground scene in Adelaide by creating the Mic Assassin’s show for up and coming Hip Hop artists to display their talent. Skoobz has performed up and down the East Coast of Australia supporting international and many Australian acts such as Xzibit, D12, DJ Rectangle, Avery Hardens, Chevy Levett, Fortay, Kogz, NJE and Omac.
Krits: Krits is an independent artist, rapper, songwriter born and raised in Sydney Australia and residing in Campbelltown, Making waves in the underground hip hop scene after he’s seasonal uploads of ‘Freestyle Fridays’. Krits connects with his audience through story telling and hardship relating from his own journey to the day to day life we all experience.
